Dr. Capri Anjaya, S.Pd., M.Hum
Deputy Directress
Dr. Capri Anjaya is an esteemed educational consultant and a member of the National Accreditation Board of Indonesia. Now, she has dedicated herself to helping Sekolah Monte Sienna as Deputy Directress.
After three decades in education and making a significant impact on national and international school education in Indonesia, she is dedicated to supporting the school and collaborating with all stakeholders to create a thriving learning environment where every student can achieve their full potential. With a focus on excellence, integrity, and compassion, she is committed to upholding the values and principles of the school while fostering innovation, growth, and success for the Sekolah Monte Sienna community.
Her five years of experience as a member of the National Accreditation Agency and more than 30 years as a School Principal in national and international schools with different curricula such as the International Baccalaureate, Edexcel, and Cambridge, have had a positive impact on ensuring that the school reaches the high quality of education and services with national and international standards.
Marusaha Siahaan, S.Pd.

Mr. Marusaha is an experienced educator and visionary, having served as a school principal and educator in both national and international schools in Indonesia for 20 years.
He plays a critical role in shaping students’ educational journeys, fostering a positive atmosphere, and ensuring effective school operations.
As a member of the school leadership team, he remains committed to guaranteeing that the learning process at Sekolah Monte Sienna offers high-quality education, a safe and comfortable learning environment, and a collaborative learning community.

Hailing from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, Joy is passionate about her role as an educator and coordinator. With her strong belief in the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy and framework, she is dedicated to cultivating a rich learning environment that encourages inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
She advocates for applying collaborative approaches and innovative teaching strategies that inspire students and empower educators to excel. She is committed to ongoing improvement, encouraging students to make real-world connections and develop an awareness of different cultural perspectives. Students also learn how to be resilient, adaptable, and curious. All these qualities are essential real-life skills that will help students succeed in school and beyond.
Keith Yecla, BS.Ed
MYP-SMA Coordinator
As one of the pioneering faculty members of Sekolah Monte Sienna, Mr. Keith Joseph Retilba Yecla devoted a decade of overseas career and counting. His professional growth testify his experience from solely being a teacher, then becoming a team leader and now a coordinator.
Inspired by the International Baccalaureate (IB) educational philosophy, Keith keeps a positive outlook that learning and teaching evolve through time. As facilitator and coordinator, his dedication to keep learning and transforming classrooms that are best suited for 21st generation are shaped and influenced by the values- Compassionate, Commitment, and Competence instilled from his prestigious University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines.
He believes that learners nowadays have to face pros and cons caused by technological advances which directly impact education as a whole. With this, he meticulously supports and guides his co-educators to deliver authentic learning experiences that develop students’ life-skills to surpass challenges and address adversities for a better and peaceful world
